ALL BOOKINGS inc. ELECTRIC HOOK UP PITCHES MUST

• BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE with a minimum of £25.00 NON-RETURNABLE booking fee or 25% of the TOTAL as a DEPOSIT.
• The BALANCE must be paid IN FULL at least 14 days BEFORE ARRIVAL AT THE PARK.
• CANCELLATION WITH A FULL REFUND WILL ONLY ACCEPTED UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL. NO REFUND AFTER THIS DATE. POSTPONING THE ARRIVAL DATE HOWEVER MAY BE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Please note there is now a returnable deposit applicable of £15 payable for barrier exit token.

A selection of gas is available from the site shop.

Pitch tickets must be obtained before proceeding to the appropriate camping area. If you pitch in the wrong area you will either be asked to move or to pay any applicable extra charges.

It is the policy of Lordine Court not to accept bookings from groups which may be classed as ‘hen’ or ‘stag’ groups.
